Workers’ experiences of working through COVID-19

The last year has been challenging for us all, changing the way we live and work – from travel and socialising, to shopping and exercising.

I have been in touch with employers and workers across the constituency to discuss the steps that have been taken to make work places as safe as possible.

To ensure I hear as many experiences from across our corner of the country as I can, I have created this short survey, which will help shape my future conversations with colleagues in the Welsh Parliament.

Your experience in the workplace

Have you been able to work from home or have you had to continue attending your work place?
On a scale of 1-10 how safe have you felt whilst carrying out your job?
On a scale of 1-10 how engaging has your employer been with regards to your health and safety at work?
Are you aware of the actions the Welsh Labour Government has taken to make work places safer?
(This includes requiring COVID specific risk assessments, provision of hand sanitiser, displaying of social distancing signage etc)
Do you feel these steps have been followed by your employer?
If yes, have they made you feel safer?
